Legal support

Legal support through contract review and proposals for reinforcing additional clauses regarding social responsibility, the client's requirements and the right to perform background checks and worksite checks, as well as sanctions and fines in case of violation of agreement.

I nära samråd med våra kunder genomför ANSVAR SÄKERHET oannonserade arbetsplatskontroller. Vi granskar både personal och bolag på plats – för att säkerställa att rätt aktörer är verksamma och att verksamheten bedrivs enligt gällande lag och regelverk.

If an ID card user lacks BankID, the identity must be validated by scanning the passport or the national ID card. Scan the ID document with us at ANSVAR SÄKERHET to have an ID06 card issued.
